Who controls your data

When you book on this site, the property Host is the controller of your booking data. justST8 provides the platform and acts as a data processor on the Host’s behalf. This policy explains how your personal data is handled.

What we collect

• Booking details — your name, email, stay dates and number of guests.
• Payment data — processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card number.
• Technical data — basic request information needed to serve the site securely.

Why we use it (lawful basis)

• To perform your booking contract (confirm, manage and email your reservation).
• To take payment and issue refunds.
• To comply with legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with (sub-processors)

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and image storage.
• Neon — database hosting (EU region).
• Resend — sending booking emails.
• The property Host, so they can manage and honour your booking.

We never sell your personal data.

Retention

Booking data is kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal/accounting requirements, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact the Host, or email [email protected]. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Cookies

This site uses only the storage strictly necessary to run the booking flow and process payment (including Stripe). It does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
