1. Who you are booking with

This website is operated by an independent property host (the “Host”) using the justST8 platform. When you make a booking, your accommodation contract is directly between you (the “Guest”) and the Host. justST8 provides the booking technology and payment processing but is not a party to your stay.

2. Bookings and payment

  • Prices are shown per night in the currency displayed and include any taxes stated at checkout.
  • A booking is confirmed only once payment has been authorised and you receive a confirmation email.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by this site.
  • The Host is responsible for providing the accommodation as described in the listing.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are set by the Host and communicated at or before booking. Where a refund is due, it is returned to your original payment method. Contact the Host using the details on the listing for any cancellation request.

4. Guest responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate booking information, respect the property and any house rules, and be responsible for any damage caused during your stay.

5. Liability

The Host is responsible for the accommodation and your stay. justST8 provides the platform “as is” and, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for the acts or omissions of the Host or for the accommodation itself.
